MAROLT RANCH HOUSING
The blocks of units were aligned against a natural bank on the west
side of the site, to lessen their physical impact, and to leave
an open, campus-like space overlooking the river. The buildings
are designed to be inconspicuous as a group, but have an accessible
human scale that is sensitive to the mining town context of Aspen.
